Convinced of the importance of investing in human capital as a building force in order to achieve the principle of equal opportunity between women and men and the fight against all forms of discrimination against women, taking into consideration its deep experience in the field of national and international training on the basis that CREDIF is a beacon of excellence in the field of research, studies and training , a space of reflection and exchange of experience on the national and international scale and center of influence and represents a destination for international visitors. The center of Research, Studies, Documentation and Information on Women offers training programs related to human rights in general and women’s rights in particular.
These training programs with respect to the fields of expertise of CREDIF including gender institutionalization; women’s economic empowerment, gender-based violence, participation in public and political life, gender, culture and creation, gender and environment are based on training engineering that adopts the following approach:
Offer training program that meets the specific needs of program recipients
Provide a class-room training that focuses on direct interaction with recipients
Develop a dynamic and flexible training program that takes into consideration the recipients and sponsors
Develop a training program that integrates theoretical an d practical aspects of the covered theme
Give priority to training steps attempting to involve recipients and stakeholders in the capacity building process
Call a national and international qualified team of experts having an alliance between professional skill and knowledge on socio-cultural and geopolitics context with an actual involvement in fighting against all forms of discrimination against women
Develop and provide guides and training units to recipients
Based on these training programs, CREDIF aims at building capacities of recipients in the fields of intervention and expertise of the center, allowing the exchange of good practices and lessons learnt in accordance with equal opportunities between sexes, promoting networks of support, solidarity, advocacy and monitoring of the status of women between regional and international partners.
The training focuses on all governmental and non-governmental stakeholders at the local, regional and international levels, decision-makers, actors, senior officers and anyone interested in CREDIF’s training themes.
The center also responds to training request in terms of specific needs and demands of women and men actors in the following themes: gender mainstreaming in public politics, gender, population and development, gender equality, gender budgeting, gender and digital safety, gender based violence, caring for women victims of violence, prevention of digital violence, gender-based violence in public space, safe spaces, women’s empowerment for the leadership roles, transformative leadership and women’s leadership, gender equality in the inclusive management of local affairs, sustainable development and climate stakes, mechanisms to fight against all forms of discrimination against women, legal, institutional and associative mechanisms, set up to fight against all forms of human rights violations (torture, human trafficking….), fight against violent extremism and prevention mechanisms, laws drafting and implementation for human rights and women’s rights in particular, women’s cultural empowerment, the culture as a tool to advocate and fight against discrimination against women (visual arts), advocacy, public communication and campaign techniques of digital advocacy.
