Pursuant to the law number 2016-22 of 24 march 2016, which aims primarily to the application of the principle of administrative transparency and consecration of the good governance principles at the Center for Research, Studies, Documentation and Information on Women (CREDIF).

 

CREDIF crated a new rubric in its website containing legal texts, which facilitates access to administrative documents, whatever their forms and history, as well as simplifies the various procedures for administrative documents required by submitting a demand including basic information.

 

Indeed, the person in charge of access to administrative documents or offsetting will proceed, follow-up and respond in respect to deadlines set by law in the case of non-response, a request of  complaint  shall be submitted to the Director-General of CREDIF.
